I bought these in my normal size 6.5 but they felt at least a half size too big. I could probably reduce the full size but chose not to replace it as the quality just wasn't there. These shoes appear to be mostly foam and some other cheap material that I haven't been able to identify. They have a mesh upper which I liked but after trying on thin training socks my feet felt hot. I bought these hoping to replace a pair of Nike jerseys that had been running and hiking for 5 years but I doubt they would last even half that time. Back to Nike, here I come!
