My rating is 5 stars. I'm slightly older than average and I've been jogging and my NO reading is shown in the middle color. After drinking ANY beverages (beets, pomegranates, dark red/purple beverages, and green or red veggies) my levels went up. If I don't run for a few days and have NO drinks or food, it shows that my level is very low. I think this is a good indicator to let me know about NO levels as well as relaxation of dilated blood vessels for freer blood flow. I recommend these strips for figuring out where your NO is, especially if you're middle-aged or older. As we age, our NO levels in NO production are not as high as we might need. If you check immediately after drinking or eating a high NO food, your color bar may be dark fuchsia/purple. I would wait a few hours (although you can test right away) or at the end of the day to see how I am doing and that will give me results where I have enough NO in my blood. I hope this review helps others decide if this is best for them.
