Practically unsuitable for hand use - VERY stiff
These bindings are too strong to use. They can hardly be loosened or secured by hand, even if nothing is inside. A pair of pliers is a must. You can probably just try to tighten it to the next lower value by standing on it or using a vise. I'll probably keep them on the shelf for a few years and then throw them away. Very hard, very affordable, very useless.
