The Bluetooth wireless headphones are great. I've been looking for a decent one for a long time. I've tried some gaming headsets that were too big and I've tried some traditional call center devices but they didn't play music, only phone calls. I then looked at what would be the best option for business use and this was suggested. It is great! He gets calls asking me if I want to answer or send him to voicemail and all I have to do is say what I want. I don't need to touch anything. It plays my music quite well and the sound is crisp. I called a few people and asked how they could hear me and as I was driving down the freeway they told me they could hear me crystal clear with no background noise. All buttons make it very convenient. I have medium sized ears and the piece is a bit big on top but I really think it should be and I'm just not used to it yet. it will come I could run errands, work and run errands with this thing in my ear all day and forget about it. There are no wires, the phone is quite far away. So if I don't remember where I put it but it's in my ear, I can still take a call from anywhere in the house. There's a volume button that can be used as a fast forward or rewind button, a USB port and included power adapter, a button for call, play, end call, redial all in one button, there's a voice query/energy report/mute everything in one button. It's small, comfortable, and the sound and voice quality is incredible.
