Review on πŸ§„ Top-rated Chef'n FreshForce Garlic Press: Maximizing Garlic Flavor and Ease of Use by Sandy Martin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nearly perfect!

This press can easily process large garlic cloves. It's not a soft touch, but it's comfortable and you don't have to press hard to push the garlic through the holes. It's not a huge press. It is not suitable for elephant garlic, and if you want to use it to mince other foods, you must chop them up first. It's strong but not compact. For me, performance overcomes memory issues. I can squeeze a lot of garlic quickly even when my arthritis flares up. I love garlic and don't mind the smell on my hands, but I don't like cutting it. Small pieces bounce on the cutting board and half of them stick to my fingers. That's why I prefer pressure. I never curse when I'm crushing garlic, only when I'm grinding it. It replaced the old "self-cleaning" aluminum press that was just cumbersome to use. I am more than satisfied with the performance of the gadget. I would give it five stars if it came with a blunt needle cleaner, but I wouldn't buy it just out of a desire to have a blunt needle cleaner. It's not difficult to clean. You just have to look carefully to make sure the garlic doesn't get stuck inside.
