Burned My Hair and Disappointed Me
As a loyal customer of this brand, I was excited to try this new multi-functional straightener for my upcoming travels. Unfortunately, as a result of using this product, I found that it left my hair charred and fried despite using the recommended heat setting. While it did help to sleeken my hair for a brief moment, the damage it caused was not worth the temporary beauty fix. I was disappointed and would not recommend this product.
