Easy and effective graters
I've had several of these over the past 18 years, all in different designs. This one is a lot easier to clean than most. The blades are sharp instantly, I hope they last a long time. I was concerned that the slicer used to make potato chips wouldn't be thin enough, but it's perfect for homemade crispy potato chips. The foldable design makes it easy to store, and since the blades come out separately to wash, they're easy to clean and I don't have to worry about accidentally cutting myself.
