I have been putting window film on various windows in my house for many years so window film is enough for me. I was not disappointed with this film, it is of very high quality, smells very little when it comes out of the box and fit without any problems. This design is perfect for my mid-century style master bedroom and offers great privacy when my curtains are open. I love having my curtains open to let in natural light, but I don't like it when my roommate peeks into my bedroom. As a note if you have trouble installing this movie. Be sure to remove the clear protective film before attaching the film. If you leave it on, it will not stick to your windows in any way. If you plan on using water but have hard water, use a window cleaner instead to keep your windows clean underneath the film and not looking stained on the outside.
