Review on Color Changing Deionization Resin for Aquatic Life Mixed Bed by Cristina Wicomb

I use this for my 180g seawater tank. Color changing resin lasts as long as expected for my particular setup (1 settling filter, 2 carbon filters, 2 resin). I measure the quality of the water entering and leaving the resin with the built in dual TDS PPM monitor. I already know that tap water going into the filters needs help, so I'm not concerned with measuring the PPM going into the system, just what comes out of the filtration stage. This helps me know if I need to change filters or resin. In terms of quantity and price, I think it matters. Note: It comes in two resealable bags plus one opaque sealed bag. I use a vacuum sealer to reseal the lightproof bag to keep the moisture out of the resin and store it in a cupboard. This extends the life of the unused resin.
