Update: I had a small problem with the battery life of one of the devices. Contacted support and they sent me a new one with no problems. So not only is the product excellent, but now I can say that the after-sales service is excellent too! I use this system for distance learning sessions. I used them daily every two weeks or so for over six months. zero problems. Super comfortable. High quality sound. Large selection. No static or interference. Easy to set up and use. I am very happy with these microphones. Oh! I've had bad experiences with a clip on my back. I broke it. but it's not their fault. I simply replaced the clip by unscrewing the broken part and screwing back in another clip that I assembled myself.
