We use this product to hold up our canopy during the summer months (June to September). At first glance they were thin and had little tension. After 4 weeks the bungee stretched. After 8 weeks, the bungees were so tight that the awning weakened and the wind beat against it. After 12 weeks we had to replace some of them because they were broken. When we removed the canopy, we cut off the rest and threw it in the bin. With better quality (and more expensive) bungee we get 2 seasons out of them and then put them away in our car store. They expired after a season of use.
