It's a fairly good camera for viewing (while it's working). The microphone for it is muddled, so not ideal to use for web meetings or recordings. People can hear you, but say it sounds like I'm talking through cardboard. But my biggest issue with it is that I constantly have to unplug it from (any) USB port and plug it back in, as it doesn't see to stay connected. This happens with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, Cisco Any Connect, Facebook video chat, and even with the Camera App on Windows 10. So it's not a program/webex issue, it's not a usb port issue (I have 8 of them, and I've had to do it to any port it's plugged into). It's specific to the camera.
