Had 2 in the last year and both stopped working
I had the first one for a year and then the monitor kept losing picture and not connecting to the camera no matter how many times we reset it and tried to fix it . The second one stopped working for me after a month. When the picture turns off (when it's not connected) it loses the connection until I turn the screen back on and then the volume stops working. Tried to reset, turn off, etc. but the volume doesn't return. This is very frustrating.
