The first pair was replaced due to static buzzing in the left earbud and buttons that didn't work and also worked on their own. The replacement pair had the exact same issues. Have contacted the company. What a problem. I seemed to think I was lying. They asked for a video... Noise in the headphones... They sent replacements but only the headphones - no box, no charging case. Noise is still present in the third left earbud. Three couples with the same problems... I don't think it's a coincidence and I don't get anything from this invention as I can't return or replace it a fourth time.
