not sharp enough? Cutting edges are sooo small
I was so excited because the concept was exactly what I wanted. But the edges of the grater were not large and not sharp, so grating the cheese took a long time and left little use. My regular graters have larger edges, so there is more surface area that can be grated in one go. But at the same time, the edges are so small that it seemed to me that it had hardly been rubbed. I return and keep looking.
