I initially had problems programming remote controls. There were instructions online which I followed which was my first mistake. My problem was that I didn't hear 3 ringtones as specified when programming the handheld transmitter. I called the company and they gave me instructions on how to clean your car. A very friendly guy gave instructions and then came back to program the fobs and it worked. Programmed 4 key fobs in 10 minutes. Thanks tech support.
