I've tried shoes like these back and forth hoping they would be the same. I bought them to wear to sports so they are easy to put on and take off. I should have sent them back but left them out of frustration. There is no support inside and they are not made for serious walking. I tried inserting a foot brace, but then my foot didn't fit properly in the shoe. The little piece of plastic tassel at the end of the lace broke on the first day so I glued it back on. The part you slide on to tighten the shoe is useless, it works slowly and loses its properties after 30 minutes of wearing. It was a waste of money. I'll put them in a donation bag and maybe buy branded tennis shoes. All the running back and forth to find the right fit and decent support is just too much of a hassle. Seriously you will be disappointed, don't waste your time and money.
