Very easy to use, seems very accurate.
Very simple to use, I use this to ensure the honey I sell will not ferment. It takes all of 2-3 seconds to read. The only thing that is at all tricky, is that the reading is temperature sensitive. It must be read at environmental temperature of 68 degrees
- Great price and the simplicity is perfect
- May not work for very sticky, dense honey.
