It's advertised like "Add one of these to your shower and you'll feel like you're at a spa" and you should be relaxed with everything in it and it should all be an experience. it actually smells just as good for 1-3 minutes as if you spray perfume or cologne in your bathroom and let the steam intensify it and then it just disappears. I would say you are better off putting some kind of oil or something on the shower floor. OR! Head to the grocery store in the plants section and buy some eucalyptus branches for around $3 and you'll get the same feeling but last longer. thanks later
