I've been using it around the house for a few days and it's working exactly as it should. The battery life is amazing and the torque is huge. For maximum torque, I definitely recommend using the crank as it can twist your arm if you're not careful. It's really comfortable in your hands and not too heavy that will burn your hand in minutes. If in doubt, I would recommend that. Trust me, I'm picky about tools because I intend to leave them for a while and I prefer not to waste money and time on something that doesn't work. Oh, it also has a light so you can see what you're doing when you're working in the dark.
