I've had an Optoma projector for years and use it all day. The original Lamb ran over 8,000 hours and failed at one point. So I thought about getting a new laser projector; however, they are all still very expensive. Optoma is still a high-end 1080P projector, so you don't need to buy a new 1080P projector. So I decided to buy this lamb substitute. Installation was very easy and it is very bright. Over time the Lamb will become less bright. So I forgot how bright the original Lamb was when I got it. I am very happy with this lamb. Let's hope this continues for a few more years until the cost of laser projectors drops to <$1000.
