It's NOT a mouthwash, it's a pre-rinse
I've seen a lot of reviewers say it doesn't keep their mouth clean. This is meant to be a pre-wash to loosen dirt on the teeth before brushing to make it more effective. After brushing your teeth, you should buy a separate mouthwash. I've found this to work well for loosening food particles before I start flossing and brushing my teeth, and then I use Therabreath mouthwash. It has definitely helped my routine!
