I bought this primarily to trim my stuff underneath and it does that and more brilliantly. I pull the skin a little with one hand, then let the razor do its work and shave. Pro tip: take it easy and take your time, and maybe even do it when your boys are cold so it's easy to shave them. ;-) I rinse it under running water after each use to keep the slide clean. I use the other end of the armpit hair trimmer, it's not necessary to shave everything underneath but it's nice to trim them to avoid clumps of deodorant and less sweat. . I had a Philips prior to this unit but it died after a year and I tried this one because I like the flex head on it and everything is black on black. great device and very happy with it.
