The quality was disappointing, the product is bad.

Purchased in advance via pre-order. Obviously, there was not a single location that had the option to listen live. And I felt nothing except dismay and despair.

The sound is muffled, there is hardly any presence of low frequencies, and the equalizer setting is not very amenable to adjustment. Only the inclusion of a Zigbee hub may be counted as a plus when compared to the previous generation's offerings. However, this only applies if you require it. Because it does not utilize zigbee, it falls even further behind the first column. Absolutely nothing I say here pertains to Max.

A combination of a number of station minis with external acoustics is, in my opinion, preferable and more effective. It is not made clear why the price tag is two and a half times more than what the Mini would cost.

It is advisable to go with the Mini, or Max if your budget allows. And the second station is neither marine nor terrestrial in nature.

The sound was soft, and there was hardly any low frequency content. There is absolutely no audibility of low-frequency musical instruments like bass guitars. Take for instance the song "nutshell" by Alice in Chains. No matter what you do with the equalizer or whether you turn off the sound correction, the sound remains uninteresting. Nothing at all, not even a neutral feeling, is evoked by any guitar sounds at all. It has a better sound quality than a phone, however I would compare it to the sound quality of portable speakers in terms of overall quality. Additionally, the jbl extreme 4 has a greater sound quality than the station 2, while costing roughly half as much as it does. Because there are no connectors, there is no possible method to repair the problem. In theory, it is OK for playback in a confined space; but, as an alternative for a party, it is entirely inappropriate because it is too quiet. The most space it can accommodate is 15 square feet. Bringing it out onto the street or grilling kebabs in the country while listening to music would not achieve the desired result. Unless you hold it close to you at all times. It is only possible to play music in rooms that are no larger than 15–18 squares.
