I only make candles with soy wax and 464 is my favorite. However, you must observe the following temperatures to get the most from its use: Pour Point: 135°F (+/- 5°) 10% or 1.6 oz/lb. I recommend some kind of thermometer, preferably digital, to get a good temperature reading. As long as you add fragrance at the right temperature and pour at the right temperature, and keep the jar out of the wind or extreme temperature changes, your candles should come out perfect every time. It takes practice, but 464 is great for both beginners and experts. The price is good too. Definitely recommended.
