Review on Axis Scientific Flexible Skeleton Warranty by Nick Kirschenmann

Axis has some of the best customer support I have ever had. They are 100% responsible for the quality of their products. I bought this skeleton and although it was a little tricky to assemble, mainly because of its weight (and there were no instructions), I managed to do it anyway. After assembly I found it difficult to move the femur around the pelvic bone. He scratched and hung. When I received an email from the company verifying my satisfaction I addressed the issue but didn't want to make a big deal out of it because overall I could make it work if I had to. . However, the company immediately placed a new order with me and verified it before shipping. I sent the first one back. When I got the new one the hips were great but unfortunately there was an issue with the new stand which didn't keep the skeleton stable. If you live in California this can be a problem due to earthquakes. I brought it with the company and they immediately sent back the stand from the first skeleton which worked fine. I got the old stand, connected the new frame and everything is fine. Although it took a few tries to get it right, I give this frame and Axis 5 stars for their great customer service. They have been top notch at all times. They responded to messages within 24 hours and fixed everything quickly. I would definitely order from them again! Thanks axis!
