Really good product service
I received my new chair on Monday 22nd February 2021. I assembled it on Tuesday 23rd February 2021 and when everything was assembled I noticed there was a tear under the left armrest. I emailed the company a photo of the crack and received a brand new armrest today 2/27/2021 (they didn't ask about the cracked part). It was just the part that is easy to replace. The chair is very comfortable for working or watching TV and I like the simple functions. My grandson also likes to play video games.
