Broken, only one speed works. Quaily Control Failed

I know these things get covered a lot but it was a waste of time getting them, install and boom, only one speed works. I went to the local parts store and he did it. I believe you get what you paid for. this is definitely one of those cases. don't say I didn't warn you. I hope this helps you save time and money
