They've been laced up and all the stickers and tags normally found on new shoes are gone. There were still stones in the outsole and abrasions on the logo. New fabric and packaging without disappointment in place of the original packaging and padding. I am very disappointed. I ordered new ones from Revain and didn't want returns or worn sneakers. In terms of fit, this style is true to size with New Balance but lacks arch support. The sole is very flexible, like cheap low shoes.
