Really well designed and stable. I ended up getting a tablet for my phone after reading some negative comments about the phone sometimes not being stable enough to tap/use the screen. I've researched many phone stands and kept coming back to this one. There were a few that looked/functional but didn't have the level of customer service that this company obviously had (after reading negative reviews which were checked and corrected by this company). The main reason I didn't get that earlier in the research process was because all the lettering on the base - it put me off. ****This aesthetic issue is the only reason I'm deducting a star. Thinking about it I think it would make sense to label the device as Lamicall is certainly a quality company but I think the stand would look more elegant if only 'Lamicall' was written on it where you can see (and maybe "Stand [A1]"). denotes the version of the model under the base)? ****
