I was so excited to receive this product. But when it arrived I was totally disappointed. I've been looking for the right wine rack for me for weeks. Only to get an apparent defect that I had to fix. One of the legs that needed to be attached to the base didn't have a mounting hole. Just one hole where there should have been two (I should have attached a photo). My first impulse was to pack it up and send it back. I even signed up to find out how to get it back without paying to ship it back myself (excluding RA) and get even more money. I wanted this so bad that I got out my tools and figured I could drill a matching hole to properly assemble the grate. It took me about 2 hours to punch the hole, after that the parts came together. Apparently Sorbus has no quality control and no return policy. SAD . (Made in China)
