Irregular flames bordering on a flamethrower

I guess I wasn't expecting much for the price but at least I was hoping for a stable flame. When it is in its lowest position it spits out the flame which I was expecting for about 3 seconds (as in the picture) then it becomes "intermittent" and large bursts of yellow flame begin to erupt making lighting a cigar dangerous and renders it unfit for use and incompatible with food. In max flame mode it's literally a borderline flamethrower with over 30cm of yellow flame shooting to the ceiling. upset.
