The material is thick and kind of stiff. It fits odd in the mid section. I’m large chested so that may have affected the hang of the fabric but it’s not soft and flowy as pictured. I’m 5’2” and 135 lbs. I ordered a size 8/M, and would have at least got the relaxed look in a L. My torso is short and legs are long if that helps. I’ll give it to my daughter who weighs 100 lbs. she can wear it with leggings.
