I like how it is very simple to use with no learning curve. This has been helpful for our new office as we have several people who do not know much about computers or tech support and this makes things easier than having someone come out every time there's an issue. It also saves us money since we can print files at home instead of sending them via email. There really isn't anything bad about the program other then maybe some minor bugs here and there but they usually get fixed in updates pretty quickly so if something doesn't work right away just keep trying until it does! We have used this product for over 2 years now and haven't had any problems. It works great for printing documents and saving paper (saving trees too!).
