I spent at least four hours (mostly on hold) making four different calls to resolve a technical issue with this charger and each time the technicians got it wrong. They misdiagnosed a condition where the charger started charging two lithium ion batteries and then after about 5 minutes the charging current decreased until it eventually dropped to zero and the charger shut down. First they said it was a bad motherboard and then after swapping out the replacement unit only to get the same performance from the new unit they said it was an incorrect DIP switch setting. The answer (after lots of traces and mistakes) is that an additional current limiting circuit needs to be hooked up because too much current from the alternator was choking the charger. I can't get two weeks of my life back. Also, I paid for a 60 amp charger but only delivers 29 amps unless I want it to overload and fail. Very disappointing.
