The price and quality of these fins are excellent! They're spicy but not overly so, and they're firm (I made a 9-pound pork loin bigger!). I have another braid that is not sharp enough and the hook is not long enough. These are way better and I highly recommend them! If you have never used it, just watch some videos online by searching "pigtail flipper" on YouTube. Give it a try, these things aren't that expensive. I use the big one for outdoor grills and the smaller one in the kitchen. I am considering buying a pair for Christmas.
