Review on 🎒 Multifunctional Pattern Backpack Crossbody Shoulder Daypack: Stylish and Practical Travel Companion by Jonathan Collins

When I first started looking for a bag like this I was super excited to look! I like the fabric and the construction seems on point. I've had the bag for 3 months now and don't even use it every day and the padding on the strap is a disaster! It slid onto the strap, and there's a weird bunch of things in the middle. I've tried putting the gasket back in place and it just falls back. Since then I've been trying to sew the padding together and it looks like the padding is split because where I sewed it looks like the padding is now in 2 pieces. The bag is nice but the strap is uncomfortable. I'm willing to buy another brand that doesn't have padding in the strap. I feel like I threw my money away on this! :( Edited to add: After my review, the company contacted me. They sent me a new bag and asked me to update my review. I added a star for the new bag. (They said it had a lifetime warranty there.) I hope the new bag is better than the old one!
