Best in Care Hair Giveaway Winner

I won this shampoo in a giveaway organized by Youtube's Will on a Whim and was very excited to try it. I have very tight curls with relatively thin cuticles and a lot of frizz. It's important to me to use shampoos and conditioners that nourish and provide lubrication (my hair gets tangled very easily). When I received the shampoo my first impression was that the packaging looked classy and smelled very nice. I was pleasantly surprised that the product itself had a good glide, which I rarely find, especially in shampoos. The hair is clean afterwards, without a feeling of tension. I usually shampoo my hair once or twice a week and have had the shampoo for about a month now. In terms of height or thickness, I don't see any obvious changes, but I've downed about half a bottle. My hair is more manageable both in the shower and when styling and I genuinely believe the combination of this product with Aussie's Miracle Moisture line is the reason my hair behaves this way. However, the reason I'm not giving this product a full five stars is solely because of the list price and bottle size. I was lucky to win this product in a raffle because at nearly $20 for just an 8.5 ounce shampoo I would have missed out completely. As natural hair gains momentum, I would really like to see some brands put more emphasis on developing products that continue to be high quality and affordable. However, if money is not an issue for you, I would recommend this product. Smells good. Good glide. Vegan and enriched with vitamins. Thank you Mokita Naturals for selecting me as the raffle winner and for helping with customer service throughout the process. <3
