Good for running but not for working out
Based on the reviews I was hoping I could wear them to work out. I only do indoor workouts but this is HIIT so a lot of jumping and running in place etc. They are comfortable but not designed for jumping. I decided to keep them as they are cute and would be great for errands this summer. I have a regular size 8M and they were a bit big. However, if I tighten the laces, I can wear them without socks and they won't rub or fall off.
