I bought three of these harnesses for an animal welfare organization that I volunteer for. They are not used on dogs 24/7. We only use them for adoption events, meet and greets and/or when walking dogs in public areas. The tableware is very good at attracting people's attention. When I walk the dog, people usually stop and ask about the dog (great conversation starter!). It's very easy to set up. The chest/neck material is very soft. This is not a heavy everyday harness so I would not recommend leaving it with your dog all the time.
