This might fit a baby or toddler but it's to small for a child. I'm measuring it at a 16.5 inch as large as it will go.Otherwise construction looks good, color and feel were good it's just tiny. Plastic snaps on the side cover the mesh so it's a mixed use. My daughter did like it just won't fit on her head, a teddy bear is currently styling with it.Now after a few days of playing dress up some stitches are comming loose, seems that this is not realy durable at all. Maybe I got a dud but overall seems like something to avoid.
