Great headset, poor charging

This product has the best noise reduction on phone calls I've seen, the sound quality was good. My only complaint is that the headphones have to be inserted into the case and it's a long pole, the case stops working after a while and you have to manually push the headphones or put something on top of them to push them down to close them meet points contact. Correct this deficiency and it will be Headphones/Bluetooth 5☆.
