I like how they are able to use their knowledge of business processes and translate them into code, which makes it easy for non-technical people (like me) to get started using this tool in our organization. It's not perfect but we've been happy so far! The biggest problem has really just been getting enough users onboarded at once - sometimes there will be days where nothing happens because no one wants to log onto addoAI until after work hours or during lunchtime when everyone else isn't around. We're solving problems related to data quality within my department by making sure all employees input information consistently across different systems/tools.
