Monitoring our sites for changes, alerts when something goes wrong (outages) or just keeping an eye out for future updates. We are currently using it as a service which means we can't run our own instances. The interface for managing the alerts is not intuitively laid out - I had to read through many pages of documentation to find what I needed. It's a great tool but make sure you do your research before purchasing. The main benefit is being able to monitor our sites without having to physically check them every day.
