Poor product straight out of the box

Ugh! Disagree with the positive reviews for this product. This is ink. So I have no intention of returning it and decided to use it a few times before throwing it aside. Out of the pack the mascara was thick and clumped on the brush and tube meaning it was laying on my lashes. It also wasn't easy to remove with a makeup remover that works with all the other mascaras I've used. Very unlucky.
