I love these fans! As advertised, they can last a long time, but it depends on how fast you run them. I tried them on level 2 for 10 hours the other day (there are 6 settings) and they lasted all the time with time left for the charge. However, they're a little noisy on any setting, but not unbearable. I'm comparing the sound to the same pitch and tone you might hear listening to a cooler while going into the freezer or fridge at your local gas station, just not as loud, it just sounds the same. However, they blow a lot of wind! If like me you sweat A LOT these are for you as they will help you stay cool indoors or out. I don't know if they are waterproof as I didn't want to test it but I doubt it. A value of 1 toggles it on and off at 5 second intervals. They call it wind tuning as I believe it mimics a natural breeze. This setting can last a full 16 hours, I don't really like the breeze/wind setting so I don't use it. In addition, the flexible arms they sit on bend easily and keep their shape in the desired position. The only thing missing is a way to attach it to you, they just rest on your shoulders. I think it would be better if they added a clip or something to attach it to a shirt or something. That way they don't fly when you lean back. FYI, DO NOT ride in it! Not being able to protect them makes them distracting and dangerous! You usually get what you pay for and it's not that expensive, but I think they're worth it! I recommend!
