Overall a good bag for the price
I got this bag for work. I'm a teacher and I HATE all ugly teacher bags! It's perfect for me - I can fit my 14" laptop, iPad, phone, planner and a few other things in it. It doesn't feel soft like the description says, but I have a laptop sleeve for extra protection. I like that it's versatile. I've been using it for a month with no problems. Sometimes I worry about using the cross strap when I have a lot of things... But no problem. I get a lot of compliments for that
