It is difficult for the elderly to use the steamer. hard to press, hard to plug in (short cord means plugging and unplugging a lot) and it's not self-contained as the description says. I have decided to return it, but the handle is not removed after assembly. Does not fit in the return box. I called customer service and they said to pull the handle. No draws. A handheld steamer makes steam but requires a lot of cleaning. I think my daughter will be happy.
