I have these to add to my charcuterie stash and I am not disappointed! The tongs are nice and flexible so picking up pastry, bread, fruit etc is very easy! The knives have a very pleasant weight and the round handle fits perfectly in the hand. In terms of practicality, they are really nice. They also meet all requirements from an aesthetic point of view. The slightly matte finish of the knives makes them expensive, and the sheen of the blade and tongs looks very pretty on a colorful charcuterie board! Definitely brings all my projects together beautifully and adds another level of sophistication and cleanliness to the party!
