First off, the number of 5 stars reviews are the only reason I bought this product. The reviews are actually incentivized by the company. If you write a 5 star review, you will receive a free pack of hair. I'm not quite sure the reviews that appear here are super honest about this hair. This hair is very poor quality. When you receive it, it is 6 small packs of hair. It's about 15-20 strains of hair per pack and they are not uniform. The hair is not same width as you continue going through each pack. Some pieces are large. Some are very thin. Some of the hair was completely unusable right out of the pack and had to be thrown away. You will need to use at least 2-3 strands together to achieve the thickness needed to make this style work. Secondly, you will spend a lot of time wasting hair. As I was separating them, it tangled easily and its frustrating. I ended up throwing a lot of hair away because once it tangles.thats it. If you are using this hair on yourself it'll be fine but you gotta be patient during installation. The hair had a weird smell when I took it out of the pack. I rinsed it in ACV for about an hour and let it air dry overnight before installation. It made a world of difference. Also, you will not be able to do your whole head with one pack. It's just not enough hair. You will need two orders to achieve the look you want. The hair was super soft and pre-separated but those are the only pros. I wouldn't buy this hair again. It just wasn't worth the hassle.
